Course Objectives

  1.  Practice, gain feedback and confidence to use a bank of techniques that enable groups to dialogue on changes and decide on priorities
  2. Access and practice methods for group and team-members to innovate together in response to new challenges, to make decisions and to disagree constructively with each other
  3. Use a range of methods to collect, measure and analyse progress in implementing change decisions and report progress with brevity and clarity
  4. Contribute to building a mutually supportive colleague collaborative to support each other’s design, practice and learning beyond the life of the course
  5. Assemble a validated digital record of achievements gained through the course activities
