- Practice, gain feedback and confidence to use a bank of techniques that enable groups to dialogue on changes and decide on priorities
- Access and practice methods for group and team-members to innovate together in response to new challenges, to make decisions and to disagree constructively with each other
- Use a range of methods to collect, measure and analyse progress in implementing change decisions and report progress with brevity and clarity
- Contribute to building a mutually supportive colleague collaborative to support each other’s design, practice and learning beyond the life of the course
